Other Opportunities
The BDL accepts in-kind volunteer services from trained professionals or students as long as it fulfills
our organizational needs. Some of our current needs are:
Accounting: Accounting volunteers are asked to assist in the management of our books and financial
choices.
Administration: Administrative volunteers are asked to assist with data entry, document creation, and document organization
Media Services: Media volunteers can assist the BDL in a variety ways including, but not limited to,
film production, film editing, and graphic design.
Web Design: Web volunteers would assist in site maintenance and updates.
Public Relations and Marketing: Volunteers in this field would assist with promoting the league’s
brand and events.
Event Planning: Volunteers in this field could identify potential events for the BDL.
Advocacy: If a volunteer has served the BDL for an extensive period, they can act as advocates.
Advocacy volunteers would assist the league in its presentation planning and implementation.
